We have an amazing and talented team of professionals who are dedicated to providing you with timely and competent services and answers to your questions. We are an advocate for the expansion of military Infrastructure, personnel and jobs within the City of Jacksonville and throughout Northeast Florida. The Department team works closely with military, business, community, and elected leaders at the local, state, and national levels to deliver a compelling message that Jacksonville is the most "Military and Veteran Friendly City in the United States" and that Jacksonville is strategically important ot the security posture of the nation.

Every 2nd Thursday a VSO will be at the Charles Webb Wesconnett Regional Library to provide general information on MAVD services, HVRP, tax preparation and upcoming events. . They can also assist clients with completing an Intent to File claim.
