Standard and smaller-sized facilities rent for $150 for four hours, plus $25 for each additional hours. This covers the cost of one JaxParks staff member and clean-up. Larger facilities rent for $300 for four hours, plus $50 for each additional hours. Two staff members are required to work these events.
This contract requires the name and signature of the Responsible Applicant/Permitee who will ensure compliance with all terms and conditions of the permit. Such person is to be at least 21 years of age, be present for the entire event, and possess a valid photo ID which will be available for inspection during the entire event.
