NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Council President Richard A. Clark will be having a "Town Hall Meeting" on Monday, August 10, 2009, at 6:00 PM at the FCCJ South Campus, Wilson Center, 11901 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32246 for public comment and discussion of the proposed 2009/2010 City Budget.
