John D. "Jack" Webb was born in 1962 as the third of seven children. Jack graduated from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York in 1984 with a B.A. in History. He thereafter obtained a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Florida in 1987.
After a short but successful career on Wall Street, Jack returned to the University of Florida and received his law degree with Honors in 1994. He then became associated with the law firm Mahoney, Adams and Criser and he and his family made Mandarin their home.
Jack has worked for CEVA Logistics, Inc. (formerly TNT Logistics North America, Inc.) for over seven years and is currently its Director for Labor and Employee Relations. In this capacity, Jack has gained considerable negotiating and policy-setting experience, handling all North America-wide collective bargaining responsibilities on behalf of the corporation.
Since his move to Mandarin, Jack has grown to appreciate the historical significance and physical beauty of the area. He is a member of the Mandarin Community Club and the Mandarin Historical Society. He has also been a parish leader at St. Joseph's Church as a past president of the St. Joseph's Men's Club and currently as a member of the Board of Directors for Divine Mercy House, a home for unwed pregnant women. Jack has devoted countless hours to serving the people of Mandarin and surrounding areas through various parish fundraising efforts that benefit the Mandarin Food Bank and other parish ministries. He is also a flag football coach and Jacksonville Basketball League volunteer.
Jack is presently serving on the Duval County Republican Committee as Committee Chairperson for District 6.
Jack resides on Aladdin Road in Mandarin with his wife, Elizabeth, their three children, Michael, Eamon, and Maura and their mixed-breed dog, Pepper.
