JACKSONVILLE, Fla., April 21, 2008 - U.S. Congresswoman Corrine Brown, Mayor John Peyton, Council President Daniel Davis, Council members Ray Holt and Dr. Johnny Gaffney and representatives from JAXPORT and CSX Corporation will hold a news conference to announce a significant northside transportation infrastructure investment.
