City Councilwoman Pat Lockett-Felder announced today that she will hold a District 7 Town Meeting on Thursday, October 10, 2002, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at First Timothy Baptist Church located at 12103 Biscayne Boulevard. The topic of discussion will be Harts Road Park. Representatives of the City of Jacksonville's Department of Public Works Engineering Division will attend.
