Councilwoman Lockett-Felder commented, "I learned about the choir coming to Jacksonville when I was in Nantes, France last May, and I am so pleased that they will perform in Jacksonville. Cultural exchanges of this type are so important to increase our own cultural awareness as well as to increase our appreciation for the talents of other members of our global community. The concert is free, and we hope that a good number of Jacksonville citizens will be on hand to welcome the Boys Choir to our city."
