The Value Adjustment Board charges filing fees (with certain exceptions).  Filing fees are non-refundable.  To review in detail, click Duval County Value Adjustment Board Filing Fees and Exceptions.  For a quick overview, please review the following:

There is no fee for Homestead Exemption Denials (except for a late filed application for exemption) or for persons with Department of Children & Family Services proper certification or other documentation.

Petitions with multiple real estate numbers (Cooperative or Homeowners Associations; Condominium Associations; Undeveloped Contiguous Parcels) - $5.00 per parcel only

Late filed Petitions on all property - $15.00

Late filed Exemptions excluding greenbelt - $15.00
