Donna Ghanayem is a native of Jacksonville.  She is married with three children, all attending U.N.F.  She holds a MSN and an MBA.  Donna is employed by Shands Jacksonville, where she is the Director of Community Affairs.  She is responsible for various programs that promote health education, while targeting health disparities in various high risk areas in the city.  She is also a third year commissioner on the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women, and serves on the C.P.T. Board.  She is a member of the Leadership Jacksonville Class of 2009. Donna, along with her husband Salem, has owned and operated Deerwood Diner for the last 26 years and they opened their second 50's style diner Johnny Angel's in May of 2008.
