Suzanne Lemen

Commissioner Suzi LemenSuzanne K. Lemen, SPHR (Suzi) is CEO and President of Dynamic Corporate Solutions, Inc.  Prior to owning her own business, Suzi was Senior Vice President of Human Resources with Barnett Banks, Inc. with responsibility for five of the affiliate companies and later served as Senior Vice President of Planning and Development for Barnett Mortgage Company where she was responsible for analyzing and reengineering that line of business.  As a certified Senior Human Resources professional, Suzi founded DCSI, a full service Human Resources consulting firm, to assist companies in achieving and exceeding their strategic goals.  In 2007, Suzi purchased Idea Staffing which provides clerical, administrative and accounting temporary and direct placement services in the North Florida area.

Suzi earned a BA of Human Resources and Psychology from the University of Kansas and an MS in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Florida.  In 2005, she was recognized as the Entrepreneur of the Year by the Women in Business of Northeast Florida and DCSI was #108 on the INC. 500 Fastest Growing Companies list.  As the Jacksonville Regional Chamber's Small Business Leader of the Year for 2008 and the 2008 SBA Champion for Women in Business, Suzi has been actively facilitating workshops to help a variety of organizations achieve their goals. In addition to being highly sought as a speaker, she leads a team of experienced HR and Training professionals who work with corporations of all sizes in a number of industries.  DCSI's extensive client list includes Fortune 50 clients and many small local businesses.
