Citizens Oversight Committee

The Citizens Oversight Committee (COC), created by Executive Order 01-02, is a means to ensure the residents of Jacksonville have a role in the implementation of The Better Jacksonville Plan.

Members include community representatives from around the city, as well as the chairs and vice chairs for each of the six Citizens Planning Advisory Committees (CPACs).  Mayor John Peyton meets quarterly with the group to provide an update on the projects and field questions and concerns from committee members.
