The FAC and PAC met bi-monthly until the April 30, 2004 meeting, at which the members voted to meet on a quarterly basis.
The committees meet at 9 a.m. on the last Friday of January, April, July and October. Meetings are held in the Jacksonville Transportation Authority Board Room, 100 N. Myrtle Avenue.
