The EBO/Contract Compliance Division administers Chapter 126, Part 6A (PDF 20K) and Part 6B (PDF 48K) of the Jacksonville Ordinance Code relative to small and emerging businesses.  The division processes certification applications, monitors city projects for compliance with Chapter 126, reports on city funds paid to certified companies, assists vendors with contract compliance and provides support to certified vendors seeking training, bonding and access to capital.
