The Labor Relations office is responsible for managing the relationships between the City of Jacksonville and the six unions certified to represent municipal employees for collective bargaining. The Labor Relations staff is part of the Administrative Office of the Human Resources division and is located in Suite 100 of City Hall at St. James.
