Library Wants Public's Opinion

Thursday, February 22, 2007 Jacksonville, Fla.

The Jacksonville Public Library launched Counting Opinions, a new online customer survey on Feb. 20, 2007.  Library customers are encouraged to make their opinion count and take the survey.

Customers can access the survey from home, work, or any library location at http://jpl.coj.net by clicking on the counting opinions icon on the home page.
Customers can take the short survey lasting 5-7 minutes or the in-depth survey lasting 15 minutes.

The Counting Opinions online customer survey will take understanding library customer needs one step further.  The online survey system will provide statistical and comment reports to analyze customer needs previously not available through other information gathering options.

The Jacksonville Public Library provides library programs and services to Duval County residents at the Main Library and 20 branch locations. For more information about the Jacksonville Public Library, call 630-BOOK or visit http://jpl.coj.net.
