The Greater Arlington and Beaches Vision Plan Steering Committee has set five meetings to gather community input as part of a year-long planning study.  The first meeting will be 9 a.m - 4 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 4 at the Florida Community College of Jacksonville's Wilson Center, 11901 Beach Blvd.
