Building Smarter Communities for Youth

100 best communities for kids logoThe Jacksonville Children's Commission partnered with the
Jesse Ball DuPont Fund and the Community Foundation in Jacksonville to bring the Building a Smarter Community for Youth conference to the city February 8, 2006.

Keynote speaker, Dr. Suzanne Morse of the Pew Partnership for Civic Change, shared  her nationally-recognized framework outlining how the relationship between communities and youth can equate to economic development.
