The Jacksonville Children's Commission partnered with the
Jesse Ball DuPont Fund and the Community Foundation in Jacksonville to bring the Building a Smarter Community for Youth conference to the city February 8, 2006.
Keynote speaker, Dr. Suzanne Morse of the Pew Partnership for Civic Change, shared her nationally-recognized framework outlining how the relationship between communities and youth can equate to economic development.
