The 7 HabitsŪ of Successful Families in Jacksonville training helps families identify their strengths, goals, challenges and unmet needs. Using a Family Planning Tool, participants take ownership and responsibility for their family's future by identifyng family issues that they would like to address.
Once identified, the information is used to create a Family Action Plan. The plan links the family to the resources and issue-specific services that will support their expressed goals and family mission.
Many of the agencies identified in the Family Action Plan are available at graduation to allow families to conveniently connect with service providers. Click on Network Partners to see our list of providers.
