DLC Nurse and Learn Inc. - Extended Care

Provides after-school programs - with therapists and nurses on staff - for children and youth ages 3 to 22 who have complex developmental and physical disabilities that prevent them from attending a typical child care program. Physical, occupational, and speech therapy are administered when recommended by a physician.

This progam provides an after-school enrichment setting for school-aged youth who have complex developmental and physical disabilities.
New Heights of Northeast Florida - Children's Services/ Respite Program

This program is for children ages birth to five who have special needs due to conitions such as Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, hydrocephalus, and/or seizure disorders.
Respite care is available for caregivers so they can enjoy a temporary break from the responsibility of caring for their children.
TEAM UP After-school Programs
These after-school programs operate from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
A snack is provided by funding from the United States Department of Agiculture (USDA) and the Florida State Department of Education.

This after-school enrichment program is for middle and high school students with physical and/or developmental special needs that are enrolled in the Alden Road Exceptional Student Center.
