2009 FEDERAL POVERTY LEVELS - 150%

Property owners whose gross household incomes are at or below 150% of the annual Federal Poverty Level may be eligible for exemption of the stormwater fee charged to their primary residence.  This program is administered by the City of Jacksonville Behavioral and Human Services Division.
