ANSWERS TO OUR MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  • We are not billing monthly. The bill you received will cover your fee(s) through the end of 2008.  The next bill will go out in April 2009 for calendar year '09.
  • Homeowners Associations seeking the pond credit are asked to submit one application for all the properties in the association covered by the pond permit.  Click here for details.
  • The stormwater fee is in no way related to whether or not you have a septic tank or sewer service, or if you actually have an inlet, ditch or other drainage structure physically located on your property.  Click here for more information on this topic.
  • If your property is completely void of any development (empty/vacant), you were billed in error.  Click here to find out how to have your bill corrected.
  • If you received a bill but have sold the property, please click here for information.
