State Representative Wyman Duggan, Chair of the Duval County Legislative Delegation, announces the Organizational Meeting to elect the incoming 2023-2024 Delegation Chair and Vice Chair, and the general legislative public hearing will be Thursday, November 2nd, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Jacksonville City Council Chamber on the first floor of City Hall, which is located at 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202.
Anyone wishing to speak must complete and submit the Speaker’s Request Form to the Delegation office prior to October 30th, 2023, which is the deadline for being placed on the agenda and for materials submission to the Delegation office staff.

Anyone wishing to speak must complete and submit the Speaker’s Request Form to the delegation office prior to September 22nd, 2023, which is the deadline for being placed on the agenda and for materials submission to the Delegation office staff.

State Representative Wyman Duggan, Chair of the Duval County Legislative Delegation, announces the deadline for filing local bills (J-BILLS) in the Duval Legislative Delegation Office, is 5:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 26, 2023.
The Delegation will convene in late September or October 2023 to review all proposed local bills as required by the Delegation Rules. Local bills are changes enacted by the Florida Legislature on matters which cannot be accomplished by the City of Jacksonville through ordinance code changes.
Anyone desiring the forms or information on the procedures to file a local bill should contact the Delegation Coordinator, Xzavier Chisholm, no later than Tuesday, July 18, 2023.
