- Dry dog and cat food any kind (We go through 250-300 pounds of food daily.)
- Canned dog and cat food, any kind (Solid food—usually labeled "chopped" or "ground"—is great for hiding pills or stuffing Kongs.)
- Purina Puppy and Purina Kitten Chow (We're picky about baby foods. Change upsets young stomachs.)
- Canned puppy and kitten food, any kind
- Dog and cat treats, any kind
- Rawhide, pigs ears, Busy Bones, etc. (Long-time chews help keep dogs from getting bored.)
- Toys, both cat and dog (not cloth, Need to be able to sanitize)
- Catnip
- Rabbit, Ferret, Hamster, Gerbil and Guinea pig food and treats
- Large Kong or other "chew-proof" dog toys that can be disinfected
- Gently used towels and blankets (Please not fiber-filled ones. Dogs eat them!)

- Pine bedding for small animals
- Small animal water bottles
- Aquarium habitats with screen lids for rodents and reptiles (preferably with stands)
