2. You've done a cleanup and the collected litter, or appliance(s) have not yet been picked up.

3. You need to notify us of change of leadership.

4. You need to notify us of road construction.

5. You are an Adopt-a-Road participant and need to notify us of a missing or damaged sign.

6. You wish to notify us that your organization will discontinue participation in the program.
