Florida Commission on Ethics   The State of Florida has been a leader among states in establishing ethics standards for public officials.  This site contains information for Florida public officers, employees, and citizens about ethics laws, the Ethics Commission, recent decisions, opinions, press releases, forms and publications.

Florida Statutes   This site contains a permanent collection of state laws organized by subject area into a code made up of titles, chapters, parts, and sections.  The Code of Ethics for Public Officers and Employees is under Title X, Chapter 112, part III. 

Council on Governmental Ethics Laws (COGEL)   This is a professional organization for government agencies, organizations, and individuals with responsibilities or interests in governmental ethics, elections, campaign finance, lobbying laws and freedom of information.  While some areas of this site, such as "News You Can Use", are available to everyone, other areas are only available to members.

Ethics Officer Association (EOA)   This professional non-profit association is a resource for managers of ethics, compliance, and business conduct programs.  This site provides information on business ethics, from news headlines to corporate best practices.  Membership is required to access some areas.

City Ethics   This site is a resource for cities who are actively developing, or wish to develop, ethics programs.  It includes a great list of links to many useful web sites.
