The Department of Corrections has traditionally, in cooperation with the Office of the State Courts Administrator prepared, printed and disseminated the Florida Criminal Punishment Code Preparation Manual to prosecutors, public defenders, judiciary and private defense counsel. In order to reduce printing and postage costs, the Department has now made this document available on the Department's public web page. It can be read on-line or downloaded as a PDF document.
