State of Florida
- Brownfields Redevelopment Bonus Refund (Enterprise Florida/Office of Tourism, Trade and Economic Development - OTTED) - Applicant will receive refunds, of $2,500 per job created, on the taxes it pays. Includes corporate income, sales, Ad Valorem, intangible personal property, insurance premium and certain other taxes.
- Exemption from Sales Tax for Building Materials in Redevelopment Projects (Dept. of Revenue) - Sales taxes paid on building material purchased on or after July 1, 2000, used in the construction of housing projects or mixed-use project located in an urban high-crime area, enterprise zone, empowerment zone, Front Porch Community, designated Brownfields area or urban infill area.
- Voluntary Cleanup Tax Credit (FDEP) - Applicant can receive up to 35% of the costs of voluntary cleanup activity that is integral to site rehabilitation, not to exceed $250,000 per site per year in tax credits.
- BF Property Ownership Clearance Revolving Loan Trust Fund (OTTED) - Assists in helping to clear liens and address liability issues on potential BF redevelopment properties.
- Qualified Targeted Industry Tax Refund (OTTED/City of Jacksonville)
- Qualified Defense Contractor Tax Refund (OTTED/CoJ)
