The Housing Services Division at times offers programs directed at owners or developers of property they wish to rent or are renting to low- to moderate-income tenants.

The Rental Housing Program provides financing to support the rehabilitation of units to be rented to low- to moderate-income families.
Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
