City employees, including managers and supervisors, are required to attend four hours of EEO/diversity training every three years as a proactive measure to lessen the probability of harassment, inappropriate personnel actions and behaviors in the workplace. Scheduled training courses are listed below.
Newly-hired employees shall be informed of the City's Equal Opportunity/Equal Access Program as part of the City of Jacksonville's New Employee Orientation.
On-site and special departmental training is available upon request.
