JHRC and the Department of Children and Families Diversity Counsel have partnered to create employee focused Study Circles. |
The objective is to help improve race relations and racial equity within the DCF organization. |

The first Study Circle was attended by members of the DCF Diversity Counsel, employees, and management and included individuals of African American, European, Caribbean, Asian, and multi-racial descent. |
The agency plans to offer additional Study Circles and train key staff to facilitate future Circles with logistical support from JHRC. |
