Jacksonville Streetcar Pre-feasibility Study

The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) initiated a streetcar pre-feasibility study to understand the relationship between urban connectivity and revitalization.  It was determined that there is sufficient need and interest to do a full streetcar feasibility study.
