Real Estate Request for Proposals (RFPs)

RFPs are issued by the City of Jacksonville's Procurement Division at the request of the JEDC.  The Procurement Division oversees the bidding and purchase process for everything the city buys, leases or rents.  For specific information on each RFP, click on the links below or contact the individual listed.

Closed RFPs

Master developer for 4,499 +/- acres at Cecil Commerce Center (PDF 668k)

On January 12, 2009, the Jacksonville Economic Development Commission (JEDC) issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a master developer of 4,499 +/- acres of City-owned property at Cecil Commerce Center.  JEDC staff evaluated and ranked the RFP responses and presented the rankings to the city's Procurement Department.  Hillwood has been selected as the top ranked firm.  The Professional Services Evaluation Committee (PSEC) approved the staff's suggested rankings and now negotiations will begin with Hillwood.  Final negotiations are subject to JEDC and City Council approval.  Click here for more information on the RFP.
