Peter was first appointed to the Board by former Council President Henry Cook, in 1987, and has been reappointed by numerous Council Presidents. He also has served as the Board Chairman. 

Peter earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance from Stetson University with honors and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Florida Law School. A licensed Real Estate Salesman and Broker, he is now the Principal of Peter Sleiman Development Group. Mr. Sleiman is a Founding Trustee of the Fund and has served on all of its standing committees.
