Richard was re-elected by the Firefighters to serve his third term as Fire Trustee in 2006. Richard joined the Fire/Rescue Department in 1997 after receiving his A.S. Degree in EMS and Paramedic certification from Seminole Community College. He is also a graduate of Florida State University earning a B.S. in Economics, and he received his A.S. in Fire Science from Florida Community College in 2004.
