The Building Inspection Division is open for business between the hours of 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday - Friday. Building Plan Examiners are available for consultation with the public from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. daily, on a first come first serve basis.

The City of Jacksonville Building Division is currently enforcing the 2007 Florida Building Code . You can view an online copy here.
