Master Pemitting Procedures

In an effort to improve customer service, we have developed a policy and procedures for master permitting residential projects (one and two family structures, apartments, townhouses and condominiums).  This new procedure will save time in the permitting process.  It will also cut down on the amount of printing of plans for repeat buildings.  Please see the links below that explain the process and procedures for master permitting a new building or project and the process and procedures for permitting a repeat building or project that has been previously master permitted.

Please refer all questions concerning this new procedure to Mike Hill, Plans Examiner (904-255-8518 or Mhill@coj.net) or Bill Lyle, Plans Examiner Supervisor (904-255-8512 or Blyle@coj.net).
