North Jacksonville Vision and Master Plan
North Jacksonville Vision and Master Plan

St. Johns River will become more desirable for development.  In fact, in 2002 more than half of the building permits issued by the city were on the Northside and Westside.  The North Jacksonville Vision and Master Plan is an attempt to plan for this growth before it creates problems.

Jacksonville north of the Trout River and St. Johns River. The Planning District boundaries are the same as the CPAC boundaries.  The Planning District is very diverse, ranging from new suburban neighborhoods to rural agricultural areas.
