City Standard Specifications

These are the standard specifications for proposed work within City of Jacksonville rights of way or easements.

Note: All water mains, reclaimed water mains, sanitary sewer mains, and sewer pump stations shall be constructed in accordance with the latest JEA Water and Sewer Standards Manual.
