Here you will find the basic cover page required for most Site Development Plan submittals. The standard cover page is not required for Major Utility Construction plans or for revisions to approved plans. The cover page is provided below in AutoCAD's native DWG format in both 2007 and 2000 formats. It is also provided in AutoCAD's 2000 DXF or Drawing Exchange Format. And finally, if your CAD program does not read any of these file types, it is also provided in Adobe's PDF format, needing only the free Adobe Reader to view.

To save the files to your hard drive, click the right mouse button on the file name, and pick Save Target As... in the menu that appears if you are using Internet Explorer as your web browser. If you are using Firefox, pick Save Link As... from the menu.

NOTE: Pay close attention to the file extension in the Save As dialog box. Sometimes the web browser tries to save the file with an HTM extension. Change this to the correct extension (DWG, DXF, or PDF) before clicking Save.
