November 23, 2009 - Our right of way permitting computer system has been incorporated into the Building Inspection's (BID) permitting computer system. There is a new permit application downloadable from the Right of way Permitting web page (row.jaxdev.info).

September 6, 2009 - We have updated our Standard Cover Page for Site Development (10-Set) plans. Right click on the file you need, and click save as to download.

July 24, 2009 - The City Standard Specifications are now available on the Development Services Web site.

July 14, 2009 - There have been minor revisions made to the Land Development Procedures Manual. The Profile Wall (HDPE) pipe specifications and application requirements were modified in Sections 4.10.1, 4.10.2, and 4.10.3.

May 1, 2009 - Legislation enacted November 25, 2008 (2008-969-E) requires that recreational "open space" be provided for subdivisions with 25 or more lots and multiple-family developments with 100 or more units. The required acknowledgement form is available for download in the required documents section of the Site Development Plan Review web page.

March 3, 2009 - Basic editable drawings have been provided for residential concrete and asphalt driveways on the Right-of-way Permitting web page in the Online Documents section.

February 27, 2009 - The water and sewer sections of the City Standard Details have been deleted. All the latest water and sewer standard details are now available on the JEA Web site at the following address: http://www.jea.com/business/services/contractor/standards.asp.

February 4, 2009 - The Site Development (10-Set) Review and Major Utility Review web pages have been updated to better define which types of work fall under which review process.
