Donna has been with the Fund since 1997. She previously worked for the City of Jacksonville Finance Department for 14 years where she was also involved with pension matters. She was the Accountant responsible for the City's Central Service Funds and then became the City Payroll Manager. Ms. Walmsley is a member of the Florida Government Finance Officers Association and the American Payroll Association.
