The Jacksonville Stormwater Utility is responsible for overseeing the development and construction of large-scale drainage improvement projects in established neighborhoods. These projects are intended to both reduce flood conditions and provide treatment of pollutants of the stormwater.

- Scope: Reconstruct existing collection system to alleviate flooding conditions

- Project Goal: Design and construct improvements to the existing stormwater system and outfall to alleviate flood conditions within the San Jose Estates neighborhood, particularly on Miruelo Circle.
