Fire and Rescue Facilities provides assistance to the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department in planning and programming for construction of new fire stations and renovation of the existing facilities, the selection and acquisition of land for new fire stations, complete project management services in the preparation of construction contract documents for new and existing fire stations and public bidding and awarding contracts for the construction and renovation of the proposed and existing fire and rescue facilities.
