Metropolitan Jacksonville Area HIV Health Services Planning Council

Our Mission
The mission of the Planning Council is to provide a means for planning and implementing a coordinated response to the needs of people living with and affected by HIV disease.

A broad spectrum of care and support services -- ranging from medications and primary medical care to food, housing and other basic assistance -- is available. The City of Jacksonville, Ryan White Part A administrative staff, in partnership with Ryan White Part B staff, HIV Health Services Planning Council, CARES Consortia, and county health departments, coordinates the delivery of these services to 2,500 people with HIV/AIDS and their families.

If you have HIV disease and need services -- or just want to know what services are available -- A telephone HOPE line (904) 630 - 4673 is dedicated to providing information regarding Ryan White services and Planning Council meeting dates and times.

This Web site has been paid for in part with Ryan White C.A.R.E. Act Part A funds.
