Photo of Planning Council meetingThe City of Jacksonville Ryan White Part A Planning Council works to ensure that low-income people in the Transitional Grant Area (TGA) which includes Clay, Duval, Nassau, and St. Johns counties receive the care and support services they need to fight HIV disease.  

Our Mission
The mission of the Planning Council is to provide a means for planning and implementing a coordinated response to the needs of people living with and affected by HIV disease.
