Services are provided at the emergency rooms of Shands Jacksonville and St. Vincent's Hospital and are free.  The after-hours counselors also serve as information links between the medical staff, the crime victim and family members.  Follow up counseling, referral and case management services are coordinated with the division's daytime programs for crime victims.

For more information about the after-hours program, or additional services available to crime victims, please see the Victim Services link on this page or call (904) 630-6300.

Specialized services for victims of sexual assault are also available during after-hours at the Sexual Assault Response Center (SARC).  For more information please click on the Sexual Assault link on this page, or call (904) 244-4600.
