As authorized by ORDINANCE 2002-1165-E, The City of Jacksonville Department of Recreation and Community Services accepted applications through 4 p.m. March 13, 2009 from all qualified Duval County public and private high schools wishing to participate in the application process for the DUVAL COUNTY DRIVER EDUCATION SAFETY TRUST FUND for fiscal year 2009/2010. All public and non-public schools with students in grades 9-12 that offer driver education instruction programs are eligible to apply for a grant under this Ordinance.
