JaxParks offers swim programs at its outdoor pools each year in June and July. Classes are offered year-round at the Cecil Aquatics Center.

Aqua Babies - Water acclimation class for age 6 to 36 months; designed to help participants become more comfortable in and around water. Class ration is 10 participants per one instructor. A parent is required to accompany his/her child in the water.

 

Aqua Babies is offered at the Cecil Aquatics Center only.

Aqua Tot Program - Water acclimation class for ages 2 ½ - 5 years; designed to teach toddlers basic aquatic skills. Class ration is five participants per one instructor. Classes are offered at select locations. A parent must accompany the children.

Youth Swim Lessons - Swim instruction for ages 5 - 12 years. Participants are placed based on skill level. Activities range from aquatic acclimation to learning competitive swimming strokes. Class ratio is 10 participants per one instructor.

Adult Swim Lessons - Swim instruction for ages 13-years and older. All skill levels are welcome and the instruction is customized to meet all individual needs. Classes are offered at select locations.
