JaxParks, through the Jacksonville Journey, offers teens ages 13 - 17 an opportunity to participate in a year-long, action-packed sports league featuring sports play and enrichment activities, including field trips, motivational speakers, health and fitness activities and more.

Caring adults have the opportunity to participate as team coaches and parent site coordinators. Organizations, businesses and individuals may also make a difference through donations of in-kind items, services and money.

JaxParks Intramural Sports League features three sports seasons: 3-on-3 basketball, 5-on-5 flag football and Wiffleball.

Registration is available at any of the eight locations. Register between 4 - 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, now through Jan. 30.  League play for basketball (season 1) begins Monday, Feb. 2.
